Patient Site is a mobile application used by patients to conduct video/audio encounters with physicians remotely. The app allows collecting patients vitals in real time. Entire patient medical history is stored and maintained in an integrated EMR system as per HIPAA guidelines.
A user must have a valid account in smartcaredoc.com system in order to be able to use the application.
